Hi, I did not know Richard, but i work with his son, John, at Crouse hospital. If he was anything like his son, than he was a great man and will be missed. I send my condolescences to the whole family, as i lost my grandfather about 10 years ago and i understand the "whole" it leaves when a great man is taken from us. May God be with you!
