What a woman! A friend and mother with smile that a thousand words could not match. We were friends from the 7th grade and into adulthood...She always made us laugh when we spoke of the crazy times we had in school. I was very saddened to learn of Judy's passing. Judy was a bright light to all who met her. She and I worked closely together for 16 years and travelled the US, Canada, and Europe for various projects during that time. She was a dedicated and tireless worker and contributed much to our national security posture over those years. I will never forget her lovely laugh.
