John J. Carro, 62, of Rome, formerly of Arizona, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, Buffalo, NY. He was born in Rome, NY, on December 15, 1958, son of the late John and JoAnn Gallo Carro. John was a graduate of Rome Free Academy. He enjoyed bingo, NASCAR and spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving are a sister, Sandy White, Rome, two nephews; Brock White and Brandon (Holly) White, a great-nephew Karter White, an uncle, and several aunts and cousins.
Burial will be private at St. Mary's Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
Arrangements are by Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 7751 Merrick Rd., Rome.
