I am so sorry to hear of Mrs Messineo’s passing. I had a lot of wonderful memories with one of my best friends, Annette and other friends at their family home and at RCH. She made the very best brownies in the whole world!!! Her love, kindness and welcoming nature always made you feel like a part of their family. My deepest condolences.. and thoughts and prayers . Time flies by so fast... but memories live on as if it was only yesterday....

Thank you Barbara for your kind words. We know our mother is at peace now and is watching over us. Please thank your sisters Cathy, Linda and Sharon for the sympathy cards as I misplaced their addresses. I still think of the last visit with your mom and dad when they came to Rome. We enjoyed ourselves. Take care! Mary Ann Cox

Condolences to the Messineo family. Her life was filled with great memories and I was glad to know her through her grandsons. May good memories get the family through this tough time. We know Sam is glad she is with him now!

Please be assured of my prayers for your consolation. Angie was one of the greatest women I have ever worked with at RCH - she and Sam were at my side for nine years while I was principal. They encouraged me when things got tough and made me laugh when I was down. I have wonderful memories of Angie and was thrilled when I heard that she had become an Associate of the Sisters of St. Joseph. She and Sam are up there with all the other saints. Sister Mary

To the family:
I am so sorry for Angie's passing. When I instructed her for exercise classes at her home, she was strong-willed and a trooper. May she rest in peace. Sending prayers.

Dear Mary Ann, Jimmy, Linda and Annette, spouses and children,
My condolences on the passing of your mother. Now, the perpetual light of heaven will be upon her. She was a fine, kindly, charitable woman and I have warm memories of her from my childhood. We have all been blest to have had parents and so many aunts, uncles, cousins, etc., in our families, especially in those days when we were growing up. We all learned from them so much about family, kindness, support for others and love, and are so much better for it.
Bob Messineo and family.

Dear Cousins,
I do remember what a wonderful cook and baker she was. Your Dad and Mom were very dedicated to their family. I loved staying overnight when your Mom asked me to babysit. I always enjoyed her famous chicken and those delightful desserts.
I was very happy to visit her on the 3rd Floor East. In many ways when I said good-bye, I knew I would probably not see her again. May your Mother Rest in Peace and I will cherish the growing up years with your Mom.
With my condolences - your cousin Joyce Pope & family
