I am so sorry for your loss. I do not know the family, or their loved one but know that no mother should have to bury their child. Drug and/or alcohol addictions are horrible diseases. My prayers and thoughts go out to you all during this very difficult time.

I will be out of town for three days and will be unable to pay my respects personally. As a father who has lost a son to the opiod epidemic, I understand the pain you must be feeling. The hold that drugs have on the youth of our nation is tragic. No matter how much you love and support them, the drugs win out in the end. I remember your supporting Dennis at his football games and how your eyes would light up whenever you spoke about him. Although the drugs took him away, there is no doubt that he cherished the love and support of his passionate mother, sister and family. Be at peace, Dennis. My heart goes out to the Hall and Katz families.
