Eileen E. (Horwood) Tracy, 85, of Rome, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. She was born in Oxford, England on July 25, 1933, daughter of the late George and Elsie May (Jones) Horwood. On December 21, 1956 she married Martin G. Tracy.
Surviving are her husband, Martin; two sons, Stephen Tracy, and Martin Tracy, Jr.; three daughters, Pauline Tracy, Joann Tracy, and Mary Jane Tracy all of Rome; a sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Ron Smith of Oxford, England and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In keeping with Eileen's wishes there will be no public visitation or services.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 7751 Merrick Road, Rome, NY 13440.
