Roderick "Rod" K. LaMark, Jr., 45, of Holland Patent, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at University Hospital SUNY, Syracuse, NY, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Rome, NY, on December 12, 1973, son of Roderick K. and Adele Belmonte LaMark. Rod was 1992 graduate of Holland Patent High School. He was a former Sales Representative for Hillman of Cincinnati, OH. Rod enjoyed snowmobiling at a young age.
Surviving besides his parents, Rod and Adele LaMark, Holland Patent, are two daughters; Jenna LaMark, Holland Patent, Kailey Stumph and her fiancé Devin Grabski, Clinton, a brother, Craig M. LaMark, Holland Patent. Also surviving are many loving family, friends and his beloved dog, Sasha.
Friends may call at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 7751 Merrick Rd., Rome, on Sunday, February 10, 2019, from 2-5 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made in Rod's memory to the American Cancer Society, 100 Lomond Ct., Utica, NY 13502.
