I knew Frank when I worked for Chicago Markets back in 1976. He was a stock clerk there. Frank was a bright guy. Frank was a classy guy ,I never heard him say anything negative about anybody. He worked on my motorcycle a few times and he did a great job. When ever I saw Frank later on in years he was always the same friendly guy. I am sorry for his family of their great lost. We need more people like Frank.
