Uncle Dave treated me with respect, never passed judgement on me. He always made me feel welcome in his home. Would not hesitate to lend an ear or a word or two if he knew I was screwing up. He and his wife (Aunt Gail), we're like the parents I always wanted.

To Dave's family,
I'm so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Dave and I were friends from our younger days playing ball at Guyer field through high school. Dave always had something humorous to say and we seemed to find humor in many things. My prayers are for comfort and peace during this time for the family.

To the entire Gorczyca family I am deeply sorry for your loss. I will always have fond memories of "Mr Gore" playing golf and just talking about everything and anything golf related. He was a kind man who accepted me with open arms in his home and with his kids. You guys are in my prayers.
