Robert Bondarenko Robert Bondarenko, 70, of Blossvale passed away Friday, July 10, 2009 at Rome Memorial Hospital. He was born in Werchniansky, Ukraine on August 24, 1938, son of the late Nikolaus and Irma Weckerle Bondarenko. On October 25, 1958 he married Hadwig Weixlbraun, in Syracuse, NY. Mr. Bondarenko was owner of Rome Vacuum for over 40 years. Surviving besides his wife, Hadwig, are two sons and daughters-in-laws, Randy and Carol Bondarenko, Rio Rancho, NM; Roger and Traci Bondarenko, Rome; two grandchildren, Matthew Bondarenko and Hannah Bondarenko. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home Inc., 218 W. Court St. Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
