Rose M. (Natalie) Cullop
Rose M. (Natalie) Cullop, 81, of Taberg, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born in Rome, NY on September 27, 1933 daughter of the late Joseph T. and Elizabeth Assissi Natalie. Rose attended Rome Schools and was employed by many of the stores in Rome. In 1952 she married Thomas E. Cullop of Abingdon, VA, he passed away in 1993. Later Rose married Robert L. Cullop, also of Abingdon. He passed away on December 10, 1996. Rose has been a resident of Taberg, NY for fifty one years. She enjoyed sports and listening to Elvis Presley music. Most of all she enjoyed her children, grandchildren and many good friends. In the end Rose wishes to say "I love you all dearly, now don't shed a tear because I'm spending my life with God from now on and I'll always be close to you all."
Surviving are seven children and their spouses; Thomas and Reba Cullop, VA, Derek and Yvette Cullop, Fred and Terry Cullop, David and Kelly Cullop all of Taberg, Michael A. Cullop, Rome, Robert II and Michelle Cullop of Williamstown, NY, Karen and Rusty Aldrich, Rome, two stepsons; Billy F. Cullop,Taberg, Jack L. Cullop, Durhamville and two stepdaughters; Sandy Patterson, PA and Susan Cullop, Utica. Rose had many grandchildren, great grandchildren and step grandchildren. Also surviving are a sister, Dee Sherman, Rome, sisters-in-law Mary Natalie, Rome and Angie Natalie, OH. Rose also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased her parents, her husbands, a brother, Joseph N. Natalie of Enon, Ohio, a nephew Joseph A. Natalie, Jr., a brother Carmen Natalie, and a brother-in-law, Gorden F. Sherman, Sr.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St., Rome. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 4-7 p.m. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
