I'm saddened to read about Mrs. Guaspari's passing. She was the secretary in our guidance office at RFA. What a wonderful lady! I have fond memories of her! She wrote may a pass for me and my friends to get back to class so we didn't get into trouble when we were late. She always had a smile for us. She took good care of us. I think she retired with our class in 1984. God Bless Her! Heaven just got a pretty terrific angel!

Dear David, John & Family,
You have my deepest sympathy. Your mother was a class act. My mother always spoke so fondly of your parents. My mother also was born in Rionero, emigrated to the US when she was 8 years old and worked at the Griffiss Air Force Base during the war. Sadly, she passed away last year at age 86. I have very nice memories of the visits with your family, both in Rome and in Altoona. Your mother always beamed when talking about her boys. She was so very proud of you both. I am very sorry for your loss.
Love, Pam

Antoinette was a lovely woman whom I had the pleasure of conversing with many times when she and my mother were both residents at the Sterling House at Alterra. I remember in particular how eager she was once to show off some Christmas decorations in her room. Friendly, out-going, and with a radiant smile, she was a delight to know!
My sincere condolences for your loss.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I'm so sorry for your loss. I will always remember your mom's smile and her patience with me while trying to teach me Italian. She was a special lady.
