Dear Joanne,
Bill and I are leaving for Las Vegas topmorrow, so I just wanted to tell you how very sorry I am over the loss of your mother. I know it's been rough for you over the past few years, but now she is in peace, probably telling stories to my parents. You know we have that belief that she is in a much happier place.
