Obituary of Thomas J. Tagliere

Thomas J. Tagliere Thomas "Tag" J. Tagliere, 60, formerly of Rome, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Northeast Center for Special Care, Kingston, NY, where he was a patient for the past three years. Tom was born on July 11, 1952, in Syracuse, NY, son of the late Eustacchio "Mac" and Nancy Cummings Tagliere. He attended Rome schools and worked at Camden Wire Co. before moving to Florida where he lived for 20 years. Tom's favorite past-time was playing pool. Surviving besides his mother Nancy Tagliere, of Rome, are three sisters and a brother-in-law, Paula Tagliere, of Rome; Teri and Charlie Meyers, of Choctaw, OK; and Leslie Baker, of St. Cloud, FL., and several nieces and nephews. Tom was predeceased by his father Eustacchio (Mac) Tagliere, his son Joshua Tagliere, and three nephews, Nick Baker, Joey Zigrino and Shane Willson and special uncle/best friend Jack Cummings. Tom's family would like to thank the staff at the Vent Unit at Northeast Center for all their kindness and care. Memorial services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, Inc., 218 W. Court St., with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio officiating, where relatives and friends are invited to attend. There are no calling hours.
