Uncle Phoof was always a fun loving Uncle to me. He always liked to look at the good looking girls too, I always thought that was so funny when I would catch him. He'd always make funny comments and make me laugh... Whenever I came to Rome from California to visit I would always visit him and his family I love and would have dinner or go with him to antique stores or to the casinos in New Jersey like Trump Casino and Niagra Falls too! He was very close to my dad Felix Ciotti as well when he was younger and would come to our home often for visits when I was a child with his family... I will miss him so much. visits to Rome will not be the same now... I pray God gives his family peace to know that Uncle Phoof is now with Aunt Anna ( that he affectionately called "Banana") . He is also with all the many beloved family members that have passed on like his brother and sister too and his mom and dad and Uncle Freddie Francescone and even my dad Felix D. Ciotti. I am sure he is really happy and at peace now.. My prayer now is for God to give peace for those of us here that will be missing him..Knowing we will all one day be together .
Love you Uncle Phoof..I can still hear your voice..and the way you talked . IT was quite unique... You were and are quite a character indeed..

Art was my dads good friend, and after my dad passed, he stayed good friends with us. He helped my mom and my sister out alot with plumbing, and always visited with them, having coffee. He truly was one of a kind. God blessed us with you Art, and you will surely be missed.
Sincerely, The Ross Family
