It is with the deepest regret that I will not be able to be in Rome in person to be with my family and express my hearfelt sympathies for the loss of my uncle, Anthony Pomilio. For as long as I can remember, Uncle Tony, as we called him, always encouraged us to strive to do a little better every time we undertook something - that was especially true when it came to education and bettering our lives. His life was an example of the American dream that so many immigrant families to this country sought. He believed that you needed to excel and make the maximum effort towards achieving your life's goals.
He applied that philosophy in both his personal and professional life.
He will be missed and remembered lovingly by many.
