Rosina was a great administrator who managed the the finances for all of my programs at RADC with skill and efficiency. She was also a great friend whom I could rely on for support in many areas. A very intelligent woman. I’m sorry to learn of her departure from this world but I’m sure there is a place for her in heaven.
